Welcome to Centrifugal Leadership Blog
Blogs are fun – if you like the content, the writer’s style, frequency and they happen to be helpful.
Big order.
We (myself and a growing team of interested professionals) like blogging but we insist that our time is used wisely. We’re not looking for applause but we do hunger for interaction, feedback, challenge and new ideas.
We will not deluge you with email reminders, we will not share your contact information with anyone (guaranteed!), and we will listen to what would be helpful to you. We may even convert some of these blogs to podcasts so that you can listen to them on mobile phones etc.
Here are some things we’d like to share:
- Values that change the world
- Effective leader, effective parent, effective partner – the inner connection
- Communication that works or How to work your communication challenges
- Conflict eek! Disabling fear of conflict.
- Collaboration is everything but you have to know one thing.
- How do you measure ‘high performance?’
- Are culture ‘audits’ (of your business) helpful?
- How I chose (for a company I consult with) a marketing guru.
- Creative food fights – the real story behind creating a creative team.
- Sustainable enthusiasm – avoid ‘flat lined’ and ‘red lined’ in your leadership team.
- Presence – is powerful presence learned, a gift of the gods, mere accident? Or can we create it?
- How my five year old son taught me about art – a true story.
- Gossip, tales of woe, unhappiness, fear and toxic competitiveness – an invitation to change.
- What does a ‘shared vision’ actually look like?
- Behind the ‘bottom line’ (or maybe under it) is the core value. How do you integrate the two?
There’s more of course, much more and we invite, welcome, call for your ideas and needs as well. If you like the way this is going, tell us. If not, tell us.
CL is meant to be a powerful asset to you. We mean it.
