A workshop can be custom designed for a particular business – in focus, content and length of delivery.

All offered workshops grow out of a desired presentation. So you can introduce a challenge or opportunity – answering a question: (eg) how do we address gossip, lagging motivation, change of personnel, or lack of coherence in our team? You can address this with a one hour presentation to your staff or team and then offer a more in depth learning experience (transformation) in the form of a two hour; ½ day or full day workshop. Each offers a ‘stand alone’ experience but are designed to lead to further learning if desired. We’ll help you create an irresistible invitation for your team that will build anticipation and ‘buy in’ to the process.

We offer the possibility of follow up – extending the learning – through additional workshops, individual coaching and amplifying presentations. We invite email, phone and in person mini interventions providing continuity within the learning experience. Since each business situation is unique, we custom design costs as well.
